Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To ensure every piece remains as beautiful as when it arrived, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- With all original tags still attached
- Returned in their original packaging
We kindly ask that all returns meet these standards so we can maintain the quality you expect from us.
A Gentle Note
Due to the delicate and personal nature of our pieces:
- Sale items are final
- Items that show any signs of wear cannot be accepted

Exchanges
