Returns & Refunds

At Sofiyyah the Label, every piece is chosen with intention. We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Lifeproof Jewellery

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is:

  • Completely unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll gladly assist in resolving the issue.


Scarves

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Scarves must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or any other marks
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • With all original tags attached

Scarves that have been worn, washed, damaged, or show any signs of use cannot be accepted.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your scarf arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If we made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the return costs.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@sofiyyahthelabel.com within the applicable return period and include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the item
