Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • During launches, restocks, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Within South Africa

  • We offer nationwide delivery
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping rates are R99 for orders under 799 and free for orders over R799

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to selected countries
  • Delivery times vary between 7–14 business days, depending on destination

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, high volumes, or courier disruptions). We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
