At Sofiyyah the Label, every piece is chosen with intention — for the woman who values beauty, modesty, and ease. We truly hope you fall in love with your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll handle it with care.
Returns
NO RETURNS will be accepted for any of the Shimmer Abayas due to the delicate nature of the fabric and well as the colour chosen
For modal hijabs-
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To ensure every piece remains as beautiful as when it arrived, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- With all original tags still attached
- Returned in their original packaging
We kindly ask that all returns meet these standards so we can maintain the quality you expect from us.
A Gentle Note
Due to the delicate and personal nature of our pieces:
- Sale items are final
- Items that show any signs of wear cannot be accepted
We appreciate your understanding — it allows us to uphold the experience for every customer.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear images, and we’ll prioritise resolving this for you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and carefully inspected:
- You will be notified of the outcome
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If we’ve made an error with your order, we will gladly cover the return costs.
